Vogue bans models that are too thin.

Vogue is one of the world’s most popular fashion magazines therefore by the editors releasing a statement saying that ‘too young and too thin is no longer in’ gives a positive message to young girls who read these kinds of fashion magazines and inspire to be like the models they see.

If skinny models are such a bad influence, why are so many people obese?

Clothing ranges designed for larger sized woman.

Some clothing ranges are specifically made for plus sized woman. Evans carries sizes 14-32 and there is now a section in New Look that is specifically designed for woman sized 18-26.
